To be able to in-depth understanding of when to swim between the lines of threads, you must understand the current definitions .
workout: Is the number of Exercise Competent in all muscle, which can be played on the same day
Set: a set is a specific no. of reps you will perform before you rest
Reps: is one complete motion of a particular exercise
Failure: when you can no longer do onther rep in good form
rest: Is a time of rest between each set and returned between 1 to 3 minutes and will be talking about in detail in the threads
tempo : Tempo refers to the speed at which you perform a rep. It can be further broken down into the positive motion ( the passing up motion in push-ups ), and the negative or essentric motion ( when doing pushups, it is the resistance against gravity as you are going down ). I usually express the particular tempo for an exercise like this 3/0/1 the first no. is the negative motion, the middle no. is the pause before you return to the starting position, and the last no. is the positive motion . So, if we used this tempo for pull-ups, you would pull-up for a count of one (the positive ) and then without pausing, return back down for a count of three for the negative .
